基于图像技术的管螺纹位置测量方法

摘要 钻杆在使用过程中需反复拆卸和装配,管螺纹很容易受损,修复对刀时,只能依靠人工来测量管螺纹的位置尺寸,效率低下。为了解决此问题,提出了一种基于图像处理技术的管螺纹位置测量方法。该方法借助相机获取管螺纹周围的图像,根据图像处理技术计算出管螺纹的螺距以及管螺纹在机床中的相对位置。实验分析结果表明:设计的管螺纹位置测量系统可以准确测量出管螺纹修复所需的各项参数,测量精度可以达到0.178 mm,比对标准管螺纹的尺寸参数,基本可以满足管螺纹加工的要求。该管螺纹位置测量系统为解决测量管螺纹修复时所处的位置问题提供了一种新的方法。 The drill pipe needs to be dismantled and assembled in the process of using.Pipe thread is easy to damage.When repairing and adjusting the knife,artificial measurement is the only way to measure the location of the pipe thread,which is inefficient.To solve this problem,this paper presented a pipe thread position measurement method based on image processing technology.In this method,the image around the pipe thread was obtained by the camera,and the pipe thread pitch and the pipe thread relative position in the machine tool were calculated according to the image processing technology.The experimental results show that the designed pipe thread position measuring system can accurately measure the parameters used for pipe thread repair and the measuring precision can reach 0.178 mm.Compared with the standard size,it can meet the requirements of pipe thread processing.The pipe thread position measuring system provides a new method for solving the problem of measuring the position where the pipe thread is repaired.
