摘要
安徽省体育运动学校作为安徽省业余训练的省级单位,在全省竞技体育训练体系中具有关键地位。该校既是全省业余训练体系的顶层终端,具有"龙头"作用,又是安徽省竞技体育专业人才培养的起点,肩负着向省级运动管理中心培养输送优秀后备人才的任务。通过实证法、访问法、问卷调查法等科研方法,对该校人才培养现状进行调查分析,以期推动安徽省级业余训练学校健康、有序的发展。
The Sports School of Anhui Province, as the provincial unit of amateur training in Anhui Province, plays a key role in the whole province’s competitive sports training system. The terminal is the amateur training of the school system, with the ＂leading role＂, and it is the starting point of Anhui province sports professional talent training, shouldering the task of conveying talents to the Provincial Sports Management Center. Through empirical, interview, questionnaire and other scientific research methods, the status quo of personnel training in this school is investigated and analyzed to promote the healthy and orderly development of Anhui provincial amateur training school.
