摘要
该文在地方高校转型背景下,以湖南省为例,结合人才培养现状,提出了地方高校"人才培养与科学研究、学科建设相融合"的运行机制,探讨了地方高校的人才培养跨学科协同发展路径及基本策略,以期为提升跨学科专业人才培养水平提出参考与借鉴。
Under the background of the transformation of local colleges and universities,this paper,based on the current situation of talent training in Hunan province,puts forward the operating mechanism of the integration of talent cultivation and scientific research and discipline construction in local colleges and universities,and discusses the talents training and the paths and basic strategies of interdisciplinary collaborative development so as to provide reference for improving the training level of interdisciplinary professionals.
