摘要
本文收集安徽省2012-2015年16个地级市工业企业发展的面板数据,构建一套企业技术创新能力综合评价指标体系,并运用因子分析法和聚类分析法定量评估并横向比较其工业企业技术创新能力的变化趋势。同时,实证动态研究了安徽省区域企业技术创新能力的变化情况与地域特征。结果表明,安徽省企业技术创新能力存在明显的地域差异,其中合肥市最强,芜湖市次之,亳州市等城市最弱。最后,根据动态比较分析结果提出相应的对策与建议。
By collecting the developmental panel data of industrial enterprises in the 16 prefecture-level cities in Anhui province from the years 2012 to 2015, a comprehensive evaluation index system of technological innovation capability of enterprises was constructed, and we used factor analysis and clustering analysis to quantitatively evaluate and transversely compare the trend of technological innovation of industrial enterprises in 16 prefecture-level cities in Anhui Province. At the same time,the changes and geographical features of regional technological innovation capability of enterprises in Anhui Province are empirically analyzed. The results show that there are obvious geographical differences in technological innovation capability among enterprises in Anhui Province, of which the strongest is Hefei, and the second is Wuhu, while Bozhou and other cities are the weakest. Finally, according to the results of dynamic comparative analysis, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
