摘要
为利于世界气象公园的建设制定核心方案,给候选景区申请获得"世界气象公园"称号提供主要评判依据,同时给公众树立易于辨识的世界气象公园基本象征,提出世界气象公园应该具备的18个方面技术形象特征,内容涉及主题鲜明的气象景观;安全坚固的气象景色观光台;通俗醒目的气象景色观赏提示碑;显而易见的气象风光导游图;专业风趣的气象风光导游员;精彩纷呈的气象风光影像宣传;博大精深的气象风光作品展览馆;相对隐秘的气象景观监测网;及时可靠的景观天气预报;有效应对危险天气的预案措施;机动灵活的开放时间和游览路线;界限明确的管理区域;充满活力的园徽;迎风飘扬的园旗;曲调优美的园歌;新颖别致的园服;独立管理的委员会;信息丰富的网站。
It is necessary to develop a core scheme for the construction of the World Meteopark,and to provide the main basis for judging candidate sceneries spots with planned application for the title of the World Meteopark. At the same time,it should be easy for the public to be able to identify the basic symbol for the World Meteopark. In this article,we suggest the World Meteopark should have been 18 technical image characteristics. They include the theme of meteorological landscapes is clear; the sightseeing platforms are safe and with suitable solid; the bulletin of meteorological landscapes is common and eye-catching; the tourist guide map of meteorological landscapes is obvious; the guides for the meteorological landscape are professional and witty; the meteorological landscape images are spectacular; an exhibition hall containing extensive meteorological works; relative hidden meteorological monitoring network; the meteorological weather forecast is timely and reliable; effective preventative procedures in dangerous weather; flexible opening hours and tour routs; a well-defined management area; a vivid symbol; a flag flying in the wind; a melodious tune and official theme song; brand-new garments; an independent administration committee and an informative website.
