摘要
首先提出一个全新的"世界气象公园"概念,讨论其功能、特征和意义,侧重评述丰富多彩的气象景观资源构成和探讨世界气象公园体系建立路线图。拟以黄山作为第一个世界气象公园的典范,在我国试点建设黄山、桂林、峨眉山等首批世界气象公园成功后,再在其他国家延伸扩展,最终在世界气象组织领导下,创建世界气象公园体系,为世界各地独具特色的气象景观资源评价及其可持续发展利用提供实现平台,使地球自然遗产保护体系达到全覆盖。
In this article, the authors introduce a new concept "World Meteopark",discuss its functions, features and significances, discussion was paid particular emphasis on commentary composition of colorful meteorological landscape resources, then provide a route chart to accomplish, and finally the establishment of the World Meteopark System under the World Meteorological Organization. The authors suggest and take Mt. Huangshan as the first good model for the World Meteopark. After the successful construction of the first set (Mt. Huangshan , Guilin, Mt. Emei, et al ) of World Meteoparks in China, the authors then expand the program in other countries. The aim is to assess the unique resources of the meteorological landscape as well as to provide a platform for sustainable development and utilization of them in the world. And by then the earth heritages protection systems should have been well established.
