摘要
文章从党的十九大精神出发,结合自2002年电力体制改革至今的15年电力发展成果和当今形势,以历史和世界视角,试论电力工业进入新时代以及新时代的特点,对"十三五"后半程及展望2035年新能源投资思路提出初步思考。
On the basis of the spirit of the 19^th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, combining the current situation and 15 years development results of electric power system reforms since 2002, the article discusses the characteristics of the new era and the new era of the power industry from the perspective of history and the world, puts forward some preliminary thoughts on the second half of 13^th Five-Year Plan and the prospect of new energy development ideas in 2035.
