摘要
目的研究普伐他汀治疗与美沙拉嗪合并用药治疗治疗溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)的临床疗效。方法选取到我院就诊的64例UC患者,随机、平均分为对照组和研究组。对照组采用美沙拉嗪治疗,研究组采用普伐他汀与美沙拉嗪联合治疗。比较两组患者整体有效率、治愈率、复发率以及不良反应发生率。结果研究组的治愈率与整体有效率均要高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组的与复发率要低于对照组(P<0.05),两组的不良反应发生率则没有显著性区别(P>0.05)。结论普伐他汀与美沙拉嗪合并用药治疗UC的临床疗效良好,不良反应少,且复发率低。
Objective To investigate the clinical ef ect of combination therapy of pravastatin and mesalazine on ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods 64 cases of UC in our hospital were randomly and equal y divided into control group and research group.Control and research groups were treated with mesalazin and pravastatin plus mesalazine,respectively.Overal ef iciency,cure rate,recurrence rate and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Overal ef iciency and cure rate of research group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05)and recurrence rate was lower(P<0.05).There were no significant dif erences in incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Combination therapy of pravastatin and mesalazine on UC exhibited good clinical ef icacy,low adverse reactions and recurrence rate.
