强力枇杷露中齐墩果酸和熊果酸含量测定研究 被引量:4

Determination of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in Qiangli Pipa syrup

摘要 建立强力枇杷露中齐墩果酸和熊果酸含量测定方法。采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Sepax Aurethyst C18-H(4.6mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-甲醇-0.5%乙酸铵溶液(体积比67∶12∶21);流量为1.0 m L/min;柱温为30℃;检测波长为210nm。齐墩果酸的进样量在0.05~1.59μg呈良好的线性关系(r=1.0000),精密度RSD=1.23%,平均加样回收率为93.7%,RSD=1.40%;熊果酸的进样量在0.19~6.20μg呈良好的线性关系(r=1.000 0),精密度RSD=0.20%,平均加样回收率为98.6%,RSD=1.96%。该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于强力枇杷露中齐墩果酸和熊果酸的含量测定。 To establish a method for determining oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in Qiangli Pipa syrup. A HPLC method was adopted. A Sepax Aurethyst C18-H column(4.6 mm ×250 mm, 5 μm)was used with the column temperature of 30 ℃. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-methanol-0.5% ammonium acetate(ν ∶ν ∶ν,67 ∶12 ∶21). The flow rate was 1.0 m L/min, detective wavelength was set at 210 nm. The linear range of oleanolic acid was 0.05-1.59 μg(r=1.000 0), the precision(RSD) was 1.23%, the average recovery was 93.7%, with RSD=1.40%. The linear range of ursolic acid was 0.19-6.20 μg(r=1.000 0), the precision(RSD) was 0.20%, the average recovery was 98.6%, with RSD =1.96%. The method is simple, accurate, repeatable and suitable for the determination of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in Qiangli Pipa syrup.
