不同倾角金属百叶对屋顶遮阳的隔热降温实验研究 被引量:3

Experimental Study on Thermal Insulation and Temperature Decrease of Roof Shading by Metal Louvers at Different Tilt Angers

摘要 屋顶遮阳是实现屋面隔热及降温最为简便有效的途径。金属百叶用于屋面遮阳,具有重量轻、安装方便、通风好、散热快等优点。为了探索不同倾角金属百叶对屋顶遮阳的隔热及降温效果,本文首先搭建混凝土屋面实验小室,并用镀锌铁皮制作百叶,然后在典型夏季气候下,对比测试了不同倾角金属百叶遮阳对屋面温度平均值及振幅值降低的影响。研究结果:1)屋顶金属百叶遮阳不仅能降低屋面温度平均值,而且能大幅度降低其振幅值,其遮阳降温效果与百叶倾角有关;2)综合考虑金属百叶遮阳对屋面得热及散热影响,百叶倾角在20°左右较为适宜;3)金属百叶遮阳存在叶片下表面温度高于上表面温度现象,随着百叶倾角减小,这种现象更加明显。 Roof shading is the simplest and most effective way to achieve roof thermal insulation and temperature decrease. When metal louvers are used for roof shading,some advantages such as light weight,easy installation,good ventilation and fast heat dissipation can be observed. In order to explore the effect of metal louver's tilt angle on roof thermal insulation and temperature decrease,small experimental chambers were first set up with concrete blocks as the roof and the louvers were made with galvanized sheet metal. And then,comparative tests were conducted on a typical summer day to investigate the influence of louver's tilt angle on roof temperature reduction and thermal insulation. The results show: 1) Roof shading with metal louvers can not only decrease the average value but also greatly decrease the amplitude value of surface temperature of the roof. The shading effect is related to the louver's tilt angle; 2) Considering the blocking of solar radiation and heat dissipation of metal louvers,the louver's tilt angle of 20° is considered more appropriate; 3) It was found that the temperature of lower surface of metal louver would become higher than that of upper surface,and this phenomenon was more obvious with the decline of the louver's tilt angle.
