摘要
采用微波消解电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)建立酸枣仁中锂(Li)、钙(Ca)、钡(Ba)、锰(Mn)、铍(Be)、铋(Bi)、钒(V)、铁(Fe)、钴(Co)、锶(Sr)、铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)、钛(Ti)、镍(Ni)、镉(Cd)、锡(Sn)、镁(Mg)、汞(Hg)、铅(Pb)和砷(As)共20种元素的测定方法。结果表明,各元素的线性关系良好,各元素的检出限在0.001~0.246μg·kg^(-1)之间,加样回收率在91.50%~105.51%之间,相对标准偏差RSD≤3.0%(n=3)。酸枣仁中元素钙、铁和镁含量较其他元素高,其中钙含量最高,为79.988 1~81.638 4 mg·kg^(-1)。重金属含量符合国家标准。该方法快速、简便、准确,可以用于酸枣仁中多元素的质量控制。
To establish a method for the simultaneous analysis of 20 kinds of essential trace elements in semen ziziphi spinosae by ICP-MS, include Li, Ca, Ba, Mn, Be, Bi, V, Fe, Co, Sr, Cu, Zn, Ti, Ni, Cd, Sn, Mg, Hg, Pb and As. The detection limits of the 20 elements were in the range of 0.001-0.246 μg·m L^-1. The 20 elements showed a good linearity in the selected concentration ranges, with the average recovery from 91.50% to 105.51%, relative standard deviation RSD≤3.0%(n=3). The contents of Ca, Fe and Zn are higher than other elements in semen ziziphi spinosae, and the content of Ca is the highest, between 79.988 1 and 81.638 4 mg·kg^-1, and heavy metal content accorded with national standard. The method is simple, rapid and accurate, and can be used for the quality control of elements in health food.
