玉米收获机摘辊转速自动控制系统应用研究 被引量:5

摘要 为更好地提高玉米收获机的工作效率及减少收获过程中玉米籽粒的破损率等问题,根据玉米收获机的基本工作原理与主要组成结构,从分析摘辊转速、玉米收获机行进速度及摘辊部件倾斜角度等多个影响因素角度出发,针对硬件电路、变频控制装置及防干扰等装置进行选型,软件系统控制融入模糊控制算法与摘辊转速系统电机自动控制调节理论进行优化,对玉米收获机的核心作业装置摘辊部件进行自动控制系统设计及试验。结果表明:拟设计及优化的玉米收获机摘辊转速与整机行进速度存在一定内在联系,两者协调可实现玉米收获机收获效率高及玉米籽粒破损率小的目标。该摘辊转速自动控制系统设计应用具有一定的可行性,可为玉米收获机的整机优化研究及相关远程监控设计提供改进思路和参考方向。 In order to better improve the work efficiency of the corn harvester and reduce the breakage rate in the corn harvesting process and other issues,according to the basic principle and the main structure of the corn harvester. Starting from the analysis of the multiple influence factors angle such as the picking roller speed,the picking speed of the corn harvester and the tilt angle of the picking roller components,we selected the model number for the hardware circuit,the frequency conversion control device and the tamp-proof device,and optimized the software system control into the fuzzy control algorithm with motor automatic control theory in picking roller speed system,and then design researched and test analyzed the automatic control system for the heart operation device of the corn harvest machine picking roller. Application research showed that the proposed design and optimization corn harvester picking roller speed and the overall engine speed has certain inner link,the two coordinate which can realize the high efficiency of the corn harvester and the goals of corn grain breakage rate small,and the design and application on the picking roller speed automatic control system has certain feasibility,which would provide improvement ideas and reference direction for the optimization study of the whole corn harvester and the remote monitoring design.
