摘要
                
                    该研究选取义务教育阶段教师和校长共33名为访谈对象,记录、分析他们对教师心理健康素质的本质和结构的看法,结果发现,中小学教师群体对于教师心理健康素质的认识具有一定共性;同时还发现,他们对于心理健康素质的认识,从结构上看可以概括为教师的认知、情绪、行为、个性、能力等几个维度。这一研究结果为义务教育阶段教师心理健康素质测评问卷的编制打下了基础。
                
                33 compulsory education teachers and principals were interviewed to record their views on the nature and structure of mental health diathesis of teachers. The results show that the understanding of the mental health diathesis of teachers in primary and secondary schools is common. Through analysis, we find that their understanding of mental health diathesis can be summed up in terms of structure, cognition, emotion, behavior, personality, ability and so on. It lays a foundation for the development of the questionnaire for the mental health diathesis of the teachers in compulsory education.
