摘要
义务教育阶段教师应具备认知素质、情绪素质、行为和意志素质、个性素质、能力素质。该观点既是"理论推动"的,也是"数据推动"的。师范院校必须重视师范生心理健康素质的培养;采取有效措施促使师范生锻炼自己的心理健康素质;在教师招考过程中要选拔心理健康、素质高的应聘者。
There is a great deal of researches on the mental health of teachers in China,but few studies pay attention to the mental health diathesis of teachers,especially the mental health diathesis of teachers for compulsory education.On the basis of reviewing the relevant researches,we analyzed the concept and the structure of mental health diathesis of teachers for compulsory education,and put forward three suggestions to cultivate mental health diathesis of teachers for compulsory education.
