聚驱采出水中残余聚合物特性及分子聚集形态 被引量:5

PROPERTIES AND MOLECULAR AGGREGATE CONFIGURATIONS OF THE RESIDUAL POLYMER IN THE PRODUCED WATER OF POLYMER FLOODING

摘要 针对聚驱采出水中残余聚合物的黏浓关系、相对分子质量、水解度、ζ电位、吸附性等方面的特性和分子聚集形态进行了分析和研究,结果表明:驱油用聚合物HPAM经过地层作用后,其性质发生了较大的变化,浓度、黏度和相对分子质量显著降低,水解度和采出水ζ电位升高;再配聚时,新聚合物吸附量随残聚浓度升高而降低;当质量浓度达到400 mg/L以上时,残聚分子间出现聚集、缠绕和交联现象,形成显著的立体三维网络结构。残余聚合物特性的变化,将增大含聚污水处理难度,沉降时间将延长。然而这些变化可能对含聚污水再配聚后的驱油效果具有积极作用。 The properties such as the viscosity-concentration relationship,relative molecular mass,hydrolysis degree,ζ potential,adsorbability etc. and the molecular aggregate configuration of the residual polymer in the produced water of the polymer flooding were analyzed and studied. The achievements show that the properties of HPAM change greatly after penetrating through the formation: its concentration,viscosity and relative molecular mass decrease significantly,on the contrary,the hydrolysis degree and ζ potential increase; when preparing the polymer solution again,the adsorbed mass of the new polymer decreases with the rise of the residual polymer concentration;when the concentration exceeds 400 mg/L,the aggregate,wind and cross-linking phenomena occur among the residual polymer molecules and moreover the obvious 3 D network structure forms. The property variations of the residual polymer will enlarge the difficulty of the sewage treatment and lengthen the descend time. Nevertheless,all these changes of the residual polymer may possess positive effects for the oil flooded effects of the polymer-bearing sewage after re-preparing the polymer flooding solution.
