摘要
实验室通过水溶液聚合合成了两种阳离子型两亲聚合物PADA和PADB,它们都能有效地增加磷酸料浆的过滤性能。其中PADB的增加幅度较大,相比空白实验,能够增加过滤速度约5.8倍,降低滤饼水份约11.79%。并通过吸附量测定实验对两亲聚合物的助滤机理进行了初步分析。
Two cationic amphiphilic polymers PADA and PADB were synthesized in the laboratory by aqueous solution polymerization,which both could increase the filterability of phosphoric acid slurry effectively.PADB increased filterability much more,which increased filtration rate about 5.8 times,and decreased filter cake moisture about 11.79% than blank test.In addition,the filtration aiding mechanism of amphiphilic polymer was investigated preliminarily by adsorption determination experiments.
