摘要
目的探讨慢性乙型肝炎患者抗病毒治疗在降低肝癌发生风险中的作用。方法回顾性分析2010年1月至2013年1月我院收治的800例慢性乙型肝炎患者的临床资料,按照治疗均分两组,各400例,其中对照组接受保肝抗炎治疗,研究组接受干扰素或核苷类似物抗病毒治疗;记录随访到2017年6月两组患者的肝癌发生率。结果研究组肝癌发生率为4.75%,明显低于对照组(P<0.001);此外,≥60岁患者的肝癌发生率在对照组和研究组中分别为13.89%和6.04%,均明显高于相应组别中<60岁患者的肝癌发生率(P=0.013)。结论慢性乙型肝炎患者长期接受干扰素或核苷类似物抗病毒治疗有助于降低肝癌发生风险,并且在<60岁患者中的预防作用更明显。
Objective To investigate the role of antiviral therapy in reducing the risk of liver cancer in patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 800 cases of patients with chronic hepatitis B from January2010 to January 2013 in our hospital were performed,they were divided into two groups according to the therapy,400 cases in each group,the patients in the control group received liver protective anti-inflammatory treatment,the study group received interferon or nucleoside analogues antiviral therapy;recorded liver cancer incidence during the follow-up of two groups of patients.The incidence of liver cancer was recorded in two groups of patients who were followed up to June 2017.Results The liver cancer incidence rate of patients in the the study group who received interferon or nucleoside analogues antiviral therapy was4.75%,which was significantly lower than that of the the control group who received liver anti-inflammatory treatment（P〈0.001）;In addition,The liver cancer incidence rate of patients above 60 year old in the study group and the control group were 13.89% and 6.04%,respectively,which was significantly higher than those in corresponding groups in 60 years old patients（P=0.013）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）.Conclusion Patients with chronic hepatitis B receiving antiviral treatment with interferon or nucleoside analogues will help reduce the risk of HCC and is more effective in 60 years of age.
