摘要
目的探讨乙肝肝硬化患者行回授法健康教育对患者生活质量及疾病认知程度的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2020年5月于本院收治乙肝肝硬化患者106例,依据随机数表法将患者分为观察组及对照组,对照组53例患者行常规健康教育护理干预,观察组53例患者在对照组的基础上行回授法健康教育。随访6个月,比较两组患者干预前及干预后生活质量、疾病认知程度等。结果观察组患者干预后疾病认知、用药知识、自我护理技能及生活管理评分均高于观察组(P<0.05);观察组干预后心理领域、生理领域、社会关系领域及环境领域评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论回授法健康教育有利于提高乙肝肝硬化患者的疾病认知水平,改善了患者的生活质量,一定程度上增加了护理满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of health education on quality of life and disease cognition in patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis.Methods A total of 106 patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to May2020 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method.53patients in the control group received routine health education and nursing intervention,while 53 patients in the observation group received health education back on the basis of the control group.The patients in the two groups were followed up for 6 months to compare the quality of life and the degree of disease cognition before and after intervention.Results The scores of disease cognition,medication knowledge,self-care skills and life management in the observation group were all higher than those in the observation group(P<0.05).The scores of psychological field,physiological field,social relation field and environmental field in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The feedback health education is beneficial to improve the disease cognition level of patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis,improve the quality of life of patients,and increase nursing satisfaction to some extent.
