摘要
提出了两种平行流换热器变孔径分流板结构,以水为工质,研究其对流量分配均匀性的影响,并与无分流板和均匀孔径分流板结构进行对比。结果表明:均匀孔径分流板比无分流板结构总流量分配不均匀度减少51.9%~63.6%,压降增加0.39%~12.2%。三孔径对称型分流板结构比均匀孔径分流板结构总流量分配不均匀度减少14.9%~15.6%,压降增加0.06%~0.55%,而两孔径对称型分流板结构比均匀孔径分流板结构总流量分配不均匀度减少6.8%~8.6%,压降增加0.06%~0.37%,可见四种换热器中,三孔径对称型分流板结构换热器性能最好。
Two aperture-changeable deflectors of micro channel heat exchanger were developed and the uniformity of flow distribution was studied by using water as working fluid,at the same time,their results were compared with these of non-deflector and uniform aperture deflector. The results show that the total flow maldistribution of the uniform aperture deflector decreases off 51. 9%-63. 6% and the pressure drop increases by 0. 39%-12. 2% than that of the non-deflector heat exchanger. Compared with the results of the uniform aperture deflector structure,the total flow maldistribution of the three aperture symmetrical deflector of the heat exchanger decreases off 14. 9 %-15. 6% and the pressure drop increases by 0. 06%-0. 55%,the total flow maldistribution of the two aperture symmetrical deflector of the heat exchanger decreases off 6. 8%-8. 6% and the pressure drop increases by 0. 06%-0. 37%,so the performance of the A1 deflector of heat exchanger in the four heat exchangers is best.
