摘要
静电放电在元器件的电子装配环节会产生很多破坏性的影响。介绍了静电放电的危害以及静电防护的重要性,提出了电装车间如何有效地预防静电放电,以及电装操作人员应该注意的一些工艺问题。
ESD would have a lot of destructive effects on the assemble electronic components. This paper introduces the harm of ESD and the importance of ESD protection. This paper discusses how to effectively prevent ESD in assemble electric workshop and what electrical operators should pay attention.
