摘要 为了避免静电在电子产品生产中的不良影响,在分析静电产生的原因及造成的危害的基础上,从导电体、绝缘体两个方面,有针对性地采取接地、静电屏蔽、离子中和等静电防护方法,有效地降低了电子产品的不良率及失效率,提高了电子部件质量。实践操作证明,静电对电子产品的损害可通过科学的操作方法、严格的管理制度消除。 On the basis of analyzing the reason of static electricity generatation and the damage caused by static electricity,the electrostatic prevention methods of grounding,static electricity shielding and ion neutralization are pertinently adopted in two aspects of conductor and insulator to avoid harmful effects generated by static electricity in the manufacturing of electronic products.The defective and failure rates were effectively reduced and the quality of electronic components was improved with the methods.The practical operation confirms that the damage caused by static electricity to electronic products can be eliminated by the scientific operation methods and strict management system.
