摘要
针对火电机组汽包水位在超低负荷运行时扰动变大及变负荷运行控制品质差的问题,提出了一种线性多尺度滤波和非线性死区滤波相结合的滤波器设计方案。该滤波器能够依据原始信号中包含的高频扰动分量幅值的大小进行选择性滤波,并且惯性滤波时间在超低负荷下及稳定负荷工况下增加而在高负荷及变负荷工况下减少。在某600 MW机组上进行汽包水位滤波试验,结果表明该滤波器能够有效滤除超低负荷运行时原始汽包水位信号中扰动分量,可将汽包水位由PI控制改变为PID控制,适合机组深度、快速调峰运行的需要。
The disturbances of the drum water level in thermal power units become larger under ultra-low load conditions and the control quality become worse under variable load conditions. To solve these problems, this study puts forward a design scheme combining linear multi-scale filtering and nonlinear dead zone filtering. This filter can selectively filter according to the amplitude of high frequency component in original signals. And the inertia filtering time increases under ultra-low load conditions and stable load conditions while it becomes smaller under high load conditions and variable load conditions. The experiment results of drum water level filter in a 600 MW unit show that this filter can effectively filter the disturbances of the drum water level under ultra-low load conditions. Moreover, this filter can change the drum water level from PI control to PID control to meet the needs of the unit deep and rapid peaking operation.
