摘要
幽门螺旋杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)感染与大肠肿瘤的关系目前尚无定论,有学者认为Hp感染能增加大肠肿瘤的发生风险,但也有学者认为它们之间没有相关性。本文就Hp感染与大肠肿瘤的关系及其可能的机制进行系统性阐述。
The relationship between Helicobacter pylori（Hp） and colorectal neoplasia is still unclear at present.Some studies showed that Hp increased the risk of colorectal neoplasia, but others showed that there was no correlation between them. In this paper, their relationships and its possible mechanisms are systematically expatiated.
