摘要
失败经历作为一种重要的学习途径,甚至比创业成功更具学习价值。本文以初次创业失败的大学生作为研究对象,构建理论框架探讨创业失败对连续创业意愿的影响,并提出相关命题,以期为提高大学生连续创业成功率带来较可靠的参考。
Failure experience as an important learning approach is even more valuable than entrepreneurial. Basedon the first venture failure of college students as the object, build the theoretical framework to explore how doesentrepreneurial failure affect the willingness to a business, and put forward relevant proposition, in order to improvecollege students＇ entrepreneurial success continuously bring a reliable reference.
