摘要
创业学习是近年来创业研究领域的一个新热点。该文在梳理国内外相关文献的基础上,归纳出不同视角下的创业学习概念,分析创业学习的特征,综述不同研究者关于创业学习过程的特征描述,勾勒出创业学习研究的基本走向。文章最后对目前创业学习领域存在的问题进行反思,指明未来创业学习的研究方向。
Entrepreneurial learning has been a new research area on the entrepre-neurship recently. After reviewing the main literatures on this topic , We summary the concept of the entrepreneurial learning based on the different perspective, analyze the features of the entrepreneurial learning, review the different researchers about the feature description of the entrepreneurial learning process, depict the future research orientation about the study of the entrepreneurial learning. Finally, this paper gives a reflection about the problem of the entrepreneurial learning research area, pointing out the future research orientation about the entrepreneurial learning.
