摘要
海洋人才培养对国家海洋战略和地方海洋事业至关重要。针对近年来新增海洋研究生学位点面临的办学时间短、培养经验有限和生源质量不高等局限条件与培养创新型高级海洋人才目标之间的矛盾,本文提出了以合作研究为导向、导师为桥梁和学术活动为大课堂三种吸纳国内外智力资源、提升研究生培养质量等解决矛盾的可行途径。实践证明,这些措施有效提高了研究生的培养质量和创新水平。
The cultivation of innovative oceanographic talents is essential to the national marine strategy and thelocal marine industries.It isa challenge for colleges which newly have ocean science degree programs to cultivatehigh-level talents,due to shorter history for program running,less training experience and lower student qualities.Thisstudy provides three effectual ways to absorb intellectual resources at home and abroad,i.e.,guiding by collaborativeresearch,bridging by the degree advisors,and training by academic activities.The practices show that the ways absorbingintelligence evidently improve the research level and innovative ability of the graduate students.
