摘要
跨境电子商务的发展离不开金融的支持,而构建适应跨境电子商务发展的金融服务体系是一项复杂的系统性工程,尤其是在当前"互联网+"的时代背景下,跨境电子商务对金融服务提出新的需求,传统金融已经无法满足跨境电子商务发展的个性化需求。本文以杭州跨境电子商务综合试验区建设为契机,在描述跨境电子商务生态圈的基础上,剖析互联网金融支持跨境电子商务发展的一般机理,并具体构建互联网金融支持跨境电子商务发展的机制,最后从完善第三方跨境支付体系、创新供应链金融模式、发展互联网消费金融服务和对接互联网金融大数据等方面提出相应的对策建议。
The development of cross-border e-commerce in Hangzhou cannot do without financial support. The construction of a financial service system adapted to the development of cross-border e-commerce is a complex and systematic project.Especially in the current "Internet plus" background, cross-border ecommerce brings new demands for financial services, and traditional finance has been unable to meet the personalized needs of cross-border e-commerce development. The construction of cross-border e-commerce comprehensive test area in Hangzhou is an opportunity. Based on the description of the cross-border e-commerce ecosystem, this paper analyzes the general mechanism of Internet financial support for the development of cross-border e-commerce, and specifically constructs the mechanism of Internet financial support for the development of cross-border e-commerce in Hangzhou. Finally, from the aspects of perfecting the third party cross border payment system, innovating the supply chain finance mode, developing the Internet consumption financial service and docking the Internet financial big data, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
