摘要
综述了超声电源的基本结构和发展历史,并从硬件上分析了超声电源的各种结构和不同控制方式的优缺点。进一步讨论了超声电源系统中频率自动跟踪、功率自动调节和阻抗匹配三项关键技术的实现及其优劣,并指出改善超声电源性能的具体措施。结合当前技术的发展以及超声振动加工的需求,指出超声电源的发展趋势及其设计思路。
The basic structure of ultrasonic power supply is introduced. The development of ultrasonic power supply is reviewed by the aspect of hardware used in it. Several structures and technologies of control are analyzed both from advantages and disadvantages, aimed to provide design guidelines for ultrasonic power design and performance improvement. The key technologies of automatic frequency tracking, auto power regulation and impedance matching in ultrasonic machining power system are analyzed emphatically, including the implementation and evaluation. The development trend of ultrasonic machining power supply is pointed out, combined with the research status and demand of ultrasonic machining technology.
