摘要
为了优化乌饭树组织培养苗的瓶外生根技术,采用L9(34)正交试验和隶属函数评价法,研究植物生长调节剂的种类、质量浓度及其处理时间和基质类型对其瓶外生根的影响。结果表明:影响其瓶外生根效果的主次顺序为基质类型、植物生长调节剂的处理时间、质量浓度与种类。选用质量浓度为500 mg/L的ABT1号,处理时间为5 s,基质用珍珠岩时,其瓶外生根效果最佳,生根率达100.0%,每株平均根数19.0条,最长根长4.42 m,株高达3.24cm,每株鲜质量为0.272 g。
In order to explore the factors affecting the ex vitro rooting of micro-shoots of Vaccinium bracteatum,simplify the rooting method,and reduce the production cost,we studied the effect of plant growth regulator type,concentration,processing time,cutting substrate on the ex vitro rooting by using L9( 34) orthogonal test design and subordinate function method.We found that the cutting substrate was a dominant factor on rooting of cutting followed by processing time and concentration while regulator type had the least impact on rooting. The preferable technical demands of the ex vitro rooting were that the micro-shoots were pretreated with 500 mg/L ABT1 for 5 s,then planted in perlite substrate,which could reach 100. 0%rooting rate,19. 0 average root number per plantlet,4. 42 cm longest root length,3. 24 cm height and 0. 272 g fresh weight per plantlet.
