摘要
"课程思政",其实质是一种创新的教育理念,它既不是指具体的思政课程,也不是要新增几门思政课替代现有的思政课程,而是通过深入挖掘专业课和综合素养课的德育内涵和德育因素,促进显性教育和隐性教育相融合,构建思想政治理论课、综合素养课、专业课三位一体的高校思想政治教育课程体系和思政课教师、专业教师、校内外专家协同联动的育人体系,促进实现从"思政课程"主渠道育人向"课程思政"立体化育人的创造性转化。"课程思政"扬弃了传统的教育理念,突破了传统的教育范式,搭建了全新的教育载体,明确了高校思政理论课和其他各类课程对大学生思政教育过程中应该承担的功能定位,对于破解思想政治理论课"孤岛化"窘境和思政教育与专业教育"两张皮"现象,实现各类课程与思政理论课同向同行、协同效应具有重要意义。上海大学首先跨出实施思政课教学改革的第一步,首创《大国方略》特色课程。上海高校创新思政课教学改革,为推进从"思政课程"到"课程思政"的创造性转化提供了出路,为全国范围内推进思想政治教育改革提供了一个可资借鉴的范本。
It is essentially an innovative educational concept to put forward"courses for ideological and political education,"which do not refer to a particular course or mean to add several new courses but aim to integrate the Course of Ideological and Political Education and all the other courses so as to construct a system of ideological and political education in universities.This new concept breaks the traditional educational mode,constructs a new educational platform,and clarifies the role of all university courses in implementing ideological and political education,which should not have been like an educational"island"and been separated from disciplinary education.Shanghai University takes the initiative in reforming ideological and political education by launching the course of Strategies of a Big Country.The universities in Shanghai set an example in boosting the reform in ideological and political education.
