补肾壮阳类中成药和保健品中添加5型磷酸二酯酶(PDE5)抑制剂及其类似物检测方法研究进展 被引量:21

摘要 本文综述补肾壮阳类中成药和保健食品中非法添加化学药物检测技术的研究进展,并对检测技术进行归纳和总结。补肾壮阳类中成药和保健食品中非法添加的化学药物有5型磷酸二酯酶(PDE5)抑制剂及其类似物等。涉及的检测方法包括理化鉴别法、免疫法、近红外光谱法、薄层色谱法、显微共聚焦拉曼光谱法、高效液相色谱法、质谱联用法、离子迁移技术等。本文评述传统检测方法和新型分析技术的特点,为相关药品监督管理部门有效打击非法添加行为提供技术支持,切实保障人民用药安全。 This paper summarizes the advances in the determination of adulterated chemical substances in invigorant herbal medicines and dietary supplements.The illegally adulterated chemical substances mainly consisted of the phosphodiesterase type 5 enzyme(PDE5) inhibitors and their analogues.The analytical methods included physical and chemical identification method,immunoassay,near-infrared spectroscopy,thin layer chromatography(TLC),confocal Raman spectroscopy,high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),mass spectrometry,ion mobility spectrometry,and so on.The paper reviewed the conventional and advanced analytical techniques to detect and characterize the adulterants,and provided technical support for relevant pharmaceutical supervisory to attack illegal adulterated behavior and ensure people's safety.
