摘要
针对高瓦斯矿井深部松软煤层瓦斯含量增加、瓦斯压力增大、瓦斯治理困难的情况。为保证安全生产,在山西金晖万峰煤矿试验了定向钻机远距离钻进预抽瓦斯技术,在本煤层及顶板进行了定向钻孔、分支孔试验。钻机额定钻进深度500 m,累计钻孔进尺2 841 m,最大主孔深度453 m。试验结果表明,利用定向钻进技术可以对高瓦斯矿井深部松软煤层提前进行远距离预抽,且效果明显,为类似条件下开展远距离定向钻进预抽瓦斯,解决瓦斯影响安全问题提供了实践依据。
Based on the increasingly gas content, gas pressure and gas control difficulty, directional drilling pre-draining gas technology was adopted in JInhui Wanfeng Mine in Shanxi, Directional drilling and branch hole test were conducted in the current coal seam, with 500 m drilling depth, accumulated mining 2 841 m, with maximum 453 m hole depth. The test result showed that directional drilling technology enables to drain gas in a long distance, with obvious effect, providing reference for long distance directional drilling draining gas and safe mining.
