摘要
针对5L23/30DF型柴油发电机组,区别于以往的8隔振器公共底座,本文研究设计一款只安装三个隔振器的公共底座。为验证该公共底座的安全性,在有限元软件ANSYS中进行仿真分析。首先对公共底座进行详细建模,对其它部件进行简化。然后针对机组进行力学分析和振动特性分析,包括静力学分析、模态分析、振动响应分析、频率响应分析等。最后对机组进行模态试验分析。仿真结果表明,隔振器的变形量差值最大百分比为4%,隔振器布置合理,受力变形均匀;此公共底座在力学上能够满足材料的强度要求,同时机组的固有频率能够避开激励频率,避免共振的发生。模态试验结果与仿真分析结果的对比表明,仿真分析结果与真实结果接近,仿真过程可信。
A common base with only three isolators, which is different from the conventional common bases with eight isolators, was designed for a 5 L23/30 DF diesel generator set. To verify its security, a simulated analysis was conducted in the software"ANSYS Workbench". First of all, the common base was modeled in detail while the other components were simplified. Then the mechanical analysis and vibration characteristics analysis of the generator set were performed,including static structure, modal analysis, harmonic response and frequency response. Finally, a modal test was conducted.The simulation results show that the largest difference between the deformation of the vibration isolators is 4%, indicating the vibration isolators are arranged reasonably and the deformation force is uniform. The common base can also meet the strength requirements of materials mechanics, and its natural frequencies keep away from the excitation frequency to avoid resonances. The comparison between the experiment and the simulation shows that the simulation results are close to the experimental data, indicating the simulations are credible.
