摘要
硝酸生产系统中的低压反应水冷凝器管板对接焊结构在焊缝处容易产生间隙腐蚀和应力腐蚀,严重影响设备的质量和寿命。采用钨极氩弧内孔焊对冷凝器的管板接头进行焊接模拟试验,并对焊接接头进行强度测试、射线探伤和耐硝酸试验。工艺验证合格后将其应用于实际生产。在低压反应水冷凝器的应用实例中,连续6年对设备进行了检测检查,采用此方法焊接的焊缝均完好无泄漏。
The tube-plate butt welding structure of low pressure reaction water condenser in nitric acid production system is prone to produce crevice corrosion and stress corrosion at the welding seam, which seriously affects the quality and life of equipment. The welding simulation test of the tube-plate joint of the condenser was carried out by using the tungsten argon arc inner hole welding, and the strength test,radiographic inspection and nitric acid resistance test of the welded joint were carried out. After the technical verification was qualified, it was applied to the actual production. In the application example of the low pressure reactive water condenser, the equipment had been checked for 6 years, and the welding seam was in good condition without leakage.
