摘要
采用脉冲TIG焊接方法焊接薄板奥氏体不锈钢,研究了焊接峰值电流、基值电流、占空比、脉冲频率等工艺参数对焊缝成形的影响。试验结果表明:宏观形貌最优参数为:峰值电流为21A、基值电流为8A、占空比为45%、脉冲频率为8Hz;随着峰值电流和占空比的增大,热输入随之增大。
Austenitic stainless steel sheet was used by pulse TIG welding in this experiment. The peak current, base current, duty cycle, pulse frequency and other parameters were studied to achieve the purpose of forming a good weld. The results show that the optimal parameters for the macro morphology are that the peak current is 21A, the base current is 8 A, the duty cycled is 45% and the pulse frequency is 8 Hz; Furthermore, the heat input increases with the peak current and duty ratio increasing.
