摘要
目的了解北京市院外急救站点建设现状，为规范北京市院外急救工作站建设提供依据。方法采用问卷调查方法，选取北京市所有303个院外急救站点进行调查。结果在接受调查的284个急救站点中，120系统急救站点数为154家，占到54．23％，999系统急救站点130个，占总站点数的45．77％；城六区急救站点有161个，占总站点数的56．69％，郊区急救站点有123个，占总站点数的43．31％；急救站点用房总面积≥60m2仅有65家，占22．89％；用房总面积〈40m2有162家，占57．04％；业务用房中设有办公室的有220家，占到77．46％，设有值班室的有208家，占到73．24％；保障用房中设有卫生间142家（50％），洗澡间71家（25％），库房68家（23．94％）。结论北京市急救工作站点管理体制和运行机制尚需完善，站点分布需进一步优化，条件建设需进一步规范，因此，进一步规范北京市院外急救工作站建设尤为必要。
Objective Through the investigation of the current situation of the construction of the pre-hospital first-aid station in Beijing, this paper analyzes the existing problems and provides the basis for establishing the construction standard of the pre-hospital first-aid station in Beijing.nethod A questionnaire survey was conducted to select all 303 pre-hospital first-aid stations in Beijing. Results Of the 284 first aid sites surveyed, the number of 120 first aid stations was 154, accounting for 54.23%, and 999 were first aid stations, accounting for 45.77% of the total number of stations. There were 161 first-aid stations in the six districts, accounting for the total number of stations Of the 56.69%, suburban first aid site has 123, accounting for 43.31% of the total number of stations; first-aid station total area t〉 60 m2, only 65, accounting for 22.89%, the total area of the building 〈40 m2 162, accounting for 57.04%;There are 220 offices in the business premises, accounting for 77.46%, with 208 duty rooms, accounting for 73.24%; security room with 142 （50%） bathroom, 71 bathrooms （25%）, the Treasury 68 （23.94%）.Conclusions First-aid work station management system and operational mechanism needs to be improved, the distribution needs to be further optimized, conditional construction to be further standardized in Beijing. Therefore, it is particularly necessary to further regulate the construction of pre-hospital emergency work-station in Beijing.
