摘要
目的了解张家港市游泳池水质的卫生状况,预防介水传染病的传播,保障游泳人群身体健康,为加强本市公共场所卫生监督提供科学的依据。方法 2014年-2016年的6月-8月游泳池水样品,按GB/T 18204.6—2013对水样进行采集,按GB/T 18204—2000、GB/T 5750.4—2006、GB/T 18204.2—2014对水样进行检验,按GB/T 9667—1996对水样进行评价。结果 3年间水样共计434份,合格344份,合格率为64.98%,2014年-2016年泳池水质监测合格率呈上升趋势,且3年间合格率差异有统计学意义(χ2=14.62,P<0.05),不合格项目主要为游离性余氯,其次为尿素、细菌总数、大肠菌群;监督委托游泳池水合格率远低于社会委托,差异有统计学意义(χ2=18.91,P<0.05)。结论 2014年-2016年张家港市游泳池水质呈逐年上升趋势,但仍然存在一定的安全隐患,卫生行政部门应进一步加强监管力度,做好游泳池水质监管工作。
Objective To investigate the sanitary quality of swimming pool water in Zhangjiagang, so as to prevent the spread of water borne diseases, protect the health of swimmer and provide scientific basis for the supervision and management of public health. Methods Pool water samples from June to August during 2014 -2016 were collected according to GB/T 18204.6-2013. Water samples were tested according to GB/T 18204--2000, GB/T 5750.4--2006, and GB/T 18204.2--2014. The water samples were evaluated according to GB/T 9667--1996. Results 434 water samples were tested, and 344 samples were qualified, with the qualified rate of 64.98%. During 2014 -2016, the qualified rate of swimming pool water kept rising, and there was statistical significance in the differences of passing rates in the three years（χ2 = 14.62, P 〈 0.05 ）. The most unqulifled item was free residua chlorine, followed by urea, total bacterial count, coliform group. The qualified rate of the supervision consignation swimming pool water was considerably lower than the society consignation swimming pool, and the differences were statistically significant（χ2 = 18.91, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The sanitary condition of swimming pool water in Zhangjiagang during 2014 -2016 is rising, but with some risks. The health administrative departments should increase strength of supervision to ensure the water quality and urge owners do well on water quality management.
