摘要
运用考虑非期望产出的Super-SBM与Malmquist指数模型,对2004~2014年中国物流业绿色全要素生产率进行了测度,并对时序动态特征以及区域差异进行了研究,在此基础上分析了绿色全要素生产率的演化阶段及动因。结果表明:非期望产出对真实生产率有显著影响,且考虑非期望产出的测算结果更符合实际;绿色全要素生产率的区域绝对差异呈现波动徘徊趋势,而相对差异呈现波动增加趋势;分解指数在沿海、沿江地区波动较大,内陆地区相对稳定;物流业绿色全要素生产率的演化经历了下降、波动、复苏三个阶段,各阶段发展动因不同,分别以物流需求驱动、政策驱动及市场技术驱动为主。
Based on the Super-SBM and Malmquist index model considering the undesirable outputs,this paper measures the green total factor productivity of logistics industry from 2004 to 2014,and studies the temporal dynamic characteristics and regional differences,and analyses the evolution stage and motivation. Results show that undesirable outputs have a significant impact on real productivity. The regional absolute difference of green total factor productivity shows fluctuating trend,while the relative difference shows the trend of increasing. Fluctuation of decomposition index in coastal and the Yangtze River region is larger than inland region. The evolution of productivity has undergone phases of decline,fluctuation and recovery,which are mainly driven by logistics demand,policy and technology.
