摘要
目的研究系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者外周血的细胞因子IL-17、IL-22和IL-33与补体C3、补体C4的表达情况及临床意义。方法收集2015年1月-2017年4月本院就诊的SLE患者40例为研究对象,另选取同期健康体检者20例为对照组,采用酶联免疫双抗体夹心法检测患者静脉血浆中IL-17、IL-22和IL-33的表达水平及采用免疫速率散射比浊法测定补体C3和补体C4含量。结果 SLE患者活动期外周血血清的IL-17、IL-22和IL-33表达水平明显高于缓解期和对照组,缓解期患者的IL-17、IL-22和IL-33表达水平明显高于对照组。SLE患者活动期外周血的补体C3和补体C4含量明显低于缓解期和对照组,缓解期患者的补体C3和补体C4含量明显低于对照组。SLE患者血清IL-17和IL-33水平与SLEDAI评分呈正相关(r值分别为0.574、0.486,P<0.05),与补体C4水平呈负相关(r=-0.278,P<0.05)。结论 SLE患者外周血的IL-17、IL-22和IL-33表达增高及补体C3和补体C4含量降低与其发病有关,可以作为病情监测指标。
Objective To study the expressions and its clinical significance of cytokines IL-17,IL-22,IL-33,complement C3 and complement C4 in peripheral blood of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus（SLE）.Methods From January 2015 to April 2017,40 patients with SLE who were treated in this hospital were selected as the study subjects,and another 20 healthy patients were selected as the control group during the same period.The levels of IL-17,IL-22 and IL-33 in venous plasma were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）and the contents of complement C3 and complement C4 were measured by immuno-turbidimetric turbidimetric method.Results The levels of IL-17,IL-22 and IL-33 in peripheral blood of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus were significantly higher than those of remission and the control group.The levels of IL-17,IL-22 and IL-33 in patients with remission were significantly higher than that in the control group.The contents of complement C3 and complement C4 in peripheral blood of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus were significantly lower than those in remission stage and the control group.The levels of complement C3 and complement C4 in patients with remission were significantly lower than those in control group.The levels of serum IL-17 and IL-33 in SLE patients were positively correlated with SLEDAI scores（r = 0.574,r = 0.486,P〈0.05）,but negatively correlated with complement C4（r =-0.278,P〈0.05）.Conclusion The increased expressions of IL-17,IL-22 and IL-33 and the decrease of complement C3 and complement C4 in peripheral blood of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus are related to the pathogenesis,and can be used as monitoring indexes.
