摘要
基层电大是正在建设中的开放大学体系重要的层级办学单位,担负着直接服务于最基层社会成员、培养"下得去、留得住、用得上"的应用型人才的重要使命。基层电大要确保人才培养质量,成功实现向开放大学转型升级,就必须努力改善学校信息化办学条件,全面提升教师现代信息技术素养,引导教师开展信息化条件下教学、管理及服务研究,着力开发多媒体条件下的课程教学资源,在推进现代信息技术与教育教学工作的深度融合上下功夫。
The grassroots TV Universities are the important basic level of school-running in the construction of open university system, which serve directly the most basic level of members of different social classes, and aim to cultivate the talents who can go down to grass-roots unit, be retained,and be commissioned. In order to guarantee the training quality,successfully realize the transition to open university, the grassroots TV Universities must improve the informationization,promote the teachers＇ modern information technology accomplishment comprehensively, guide the teachers to develop their teaching, management and research under the informationization. The grassroots TV Universities should develop the multimedia conditions by using the curriculum teaching resources, work hard in the advancement modern information technology and in the education teaching work depth fusion.
