摘要
创优提质是目前开放大学最重要的发展战略,在这一战略的引领下,进行开放大学教学管理创新的探索有着重要意义。该文先分析开放大学在教学管理中存在的问题,然后从加强教学运行管理、完善质量保障体系、优化教学资源和学习支持服务、加强师资队伍建设等方面,提出了完善开放大学教学管理的对策,进一步推动开放教育高质量发展。
Creating excellence and improving quality is the most important development strategy of the Open University at present.It is of great significance to explore the innovation of teaching management in the Open University under the guidance of this strategy.This paper first analyzes the problems existing in the current teaching management of the open university,and then puts forward the countermeasures to improve the teaching management of the open university from the aspects of strengthening the teaching operation management,improving the quality assurance system,optimizing the teaching resources and learning support services,and strengthening the construction of the teaching staff,so as to further promote the high-quality development of open education.
