摘要 针对复合射孔采用火药增效方法存在安全隐患问题,需要研发更为安全高效的射孔技术。非爆扩容射孔技术利用粉尘爆炸原理制造出的云爆弹,在射孔弹前端加装由高能粒子等材料组成的扩容体,借助射孔弹爆炸后产生的涡流场引力,将这些不同粒度的高能粒子带入射孔孔道内,直接毁伤影响出油孔道的压实层。从非爆扩容射孔技术原理及特点、技术研究过程及非爆扩容射孔器配套研制、器材地面试验检测,到现场应用等几个方面阐述了非爆扩容射孔技术的研究应用过程。与常规射孔相比,孔道容积平均扩大了32%,射孔穿透深度加深了14%,射孔孔道直径扩大了29%,流量提高了15.7%,在同区块同等地质条件下的低渗透率地层平均采液强度提高了26%,各项技术指标达到行业标准要求。 Because there are some potential safety hazard during the perforating using the mixed gunpowder and the blasting agent to increase efficiency,we study to develop a new safe and effective alternative technology,non-explosive dilatant perforation.It adopts the technology of military fuel-air-explosive-bomb according with the principle of the dust explosions,based on which,The Vortex field force produced while the perforation charge exploding will drag the expansion made by energetic particles and other materials installed in the front of the perforating charge into the perforated channel,which directly destroy the compact zone which is against the withdrawl of the oil. Here we describe the basic principle,characteristics,experimental procedures of this perforating technology as well as the development of corollary equipment,laboratory test and filed practice for it.Our results illustrate the channel volume is increased averagely by 32%,length by 14%,diameter by 29%,flowrate by 15.7%liquid production per unit thickness in the tight formation by 26% compared with conventional technology as well as the other technical descriptions meet the trade standards.
