摘要
周亚滨教授根据多年临床经验,认为慢性心力衰竭的病因病机特点为内外相因、本虚标实。病位在心,又与肺脾肾关系密切。治疗上应标本兼顾,虚实同治。文中介绍了周亚滨教授运用辨病辨证辨体思想对慢性心力衰竭诊治的经验、遣方用药及医案一则。
According to the many years of clinical experience, Professor Zhou Yabin believes that the etiology and pathogenesis of chronic heart failure （CHF） are internal and external factors, The position of CHF is in the heart, and it is closely related to the spleen, kidney and lung. The treatment should be taken into account with both deficiency and excess symptoms. Professor Zhou Yabin＇ s experience on using the discriminating thought and prescription on disease diagnosis and treatment of CHF was introduced with a medical record.
