苓桂术甘汤加味联合卡托普利对慢性心力衰竭大鼠BNP、ET-1、Caspase-3水平影响的研究 被引量:6

Study on the influence of modified Linggui Zhugan prescription combined with captopril on BNP,ET-1 and Caspase-3 levels in chronic heart failure rats

摘要 目的:探讨苓桂术甘汤加味联合卡托普利对心力衰竭大鼠血清B型钠尿肽(BNP)、内皮素-1(ET-1)、半胱氨酸天冬氨酸蛋白酶3(Caspase-3)水平的影响。方法:选取40只SPF级SD大鼠,连续1周腹腔注射异丙肾上腺素,建立慢性心力衰竭大鼠模型,左室射血分数(LVEF)≤60%则造模成功。将造模成功的SD大鼠随机分为心衰组、中药组、西药组、联合组进行观察。结果:光镜下观察各组大鼠心肌病理形态学变化,与心衰组比较,给予药物治疗的三组心肌病理学形态有所改善,血清BNP、ET-1、Caspase-3水平降低,LVEF升高,心脏质量指数下降。结论:苓桂术甘汤加味联合卡托普利能减轻慢性心力衰竭大鼠心肌细胞的病理损伤,降低血清BNP、ET-1、Caspase-3水平及心脏质量指数,提高LVEF水平,改善心功能。 Objective:To investigate the effects of modified Linggui Zhugan prescription combined with captopril on serum levels of BNP,ET-1 and Caspase-3 in rats with chronic heart failure.Methods:40 SPF SD rats were selected and intraperitoneally injected with isoproterenol for one week to establish the rat model of chronic heart failure.LVEF≤60%the model was successfully established.SD rats were randomly divided into heart failure group,Chinese medicine group,western medicine group,combined group for observation.Results:The pathological morphological changes of myocardium were observed under light microscope.Compared with the heart failure group,the pathological morphological changes of myocardium in the three groups treated with drugs were improved with decreased serum levels of BNP,ET-1 and Caspase-3,increased LVEF and decreased heart mass index.Conclusion:Modified Linggui Zhugan prescription combined with captopril can reduce the pathological damage of cardiomyocytes in rats with chronic heart failure,reduce serum BNP,ET-1,Caspase-3 levels and heart mass index,increase LVEF level,decrease,and improve cardiac function.
