摘要
[目的]探讨中西医结合健康教育路径对癌痛患者生活质量的影响。[方法]选取92例肿瘤癌痛患者为研究对象,随机数字表法分成两组,实验组48例、对照组44例。两组住院患者均实施癌痛规范化治疗及护理,对照组接受传统健康教育,实验组以中西医结合路径模式进行健康教育,干预前后观察两组患者疼痛控制程度、生活质量情况并行统计学分析。[结果]干预前两组患者疼痛控制程度、生活质量无统计学差异(P<0.05),干预后两组患者疼痛控制程度、生活质量均优于干预前(P<0.05),且实验组患者疼痛控制程度、生活质量高于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。[结论]中西医结合健康教育路径在提高癌痛患者生活质量及止痛治疗的效果方面优于传统健康教育。
[Objective]To explore the influence of the path of integrated Chinese and western medicines health education on the quality of life of patients with cancer pain.[Methods]92 patients with cancer pain were included and divided into two groups by random number table method,of which the experimental group had 48 cases and the control group had 44 cases.All those hospitalized patients underwent standardized treatment and nursing of cancer pain,in addition,the control group received traditional health education,and the experimental group received health education with the path model of integrated Chinese and western medicines.Data were collected about the degree of pain control and quality of life in the two groups before and after intervention,then analyzed.[Result]Before intervention,there was no significant difference in pain control and quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the pain control degree and quality of life were significantly better in both groups(P<0.05).Besides,the degree of improvement after intervention of pain control and quality of life in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The combination of Chinese and western medicines health education path is superior to traditional health education in improving the quality of life and pain relief treatment for patients with cancer pain.
