摘要
《环境伦理学》(Environmental Ethics)是环境哲学、环境伦理学领域的第一本学术期刊,也是该领域最具影响力的权威学术刊物。该期刊在环境伦理学学科创始阶段起到了搭建学科共同体平台的作用,在其后的38年中对环境伦理学的发展产生了持续而深远的影响。作为《环境伦理学》的创刊主编,哈格洛夫教授通过回顾自己学术生涯的发端和《环境伦理学》期刊的发展,向我们展示了环境伦理学学科在美国的发展历程,并就实用主义对环境伦理学的消极影响、文化战争对美国环境伦理学发展的阻碍、环境伦理学的跨文化借鉴等问题进行了详细解读,最后对环境伦理学的未来进行了展望。
Environmental Ethics is the first academic journal in fields of environmental philosophy and environmental ethics. It is also the most powerful authoritative academic journal in the fields. In the initial stage of environmental ethics, it played the role of building a disciplinary community platform. In the following 38 years, it has had a lasting and profound effect on the development of environmental ethics. By looking back at the beginning of his academic career and development of the journal, professor Eugene C.Hargrove as the chief editor shows us the course of environmental ethics in the United States, and explains the problems in detail which include the negative influence of environmental ethics ,the cultural war＇s impediment to the development of American environmental ethics and cross-culture reference of environmental ethics etc. Finally, he gives a prospect to the future of environmental ethics.
