摘要
需求响应信息交换标准化是保障我国需求响应业务顺畅开展的一项重要举措,能有效解决当前需求响应信息交换过程中信息表达方式不统一、系统互操作性差等问题。首先分析了国内外需求响应信息交换标准化现状,然后结合我国最新的标准化现状,分别从信息交换服务、信息交换机制及底层协议要求等方面对我国电力需求响应信息交换标准化方式思路进行了剖析。最后从底层承载协议、适配器规范、安全规范3方面探讨了我国需求响应信息交换标准化方向,提出了信息交换服务优化以及需求响应信息交换安全等标准化思路。
Standardization for demand response information exchange is important to ensure development of demand response in China for solving the problems of non-uniform information expression and poor system interoperability in process of demand response information exchanging. Firstly, development and status of domestic and foreign standards and specifications of information exchange for demand response was reviewed in this paper. Then basic contents of demand response information exchange specification, including information exchange services, information exchange mechanism and bottom protocol requirements, were briefly analyzed. Finally, directions of standardization of demand response information exchange in China were proposed in bottom layer protocols, adapter specification and security specification. Finally, standardization methods, including optimization of information exchange services and security of automated demand response, were put forward. 1
