摘要
刺三加是我国中南部地区常见的一种中草药,具有较高的药用和食用价值,主要含有黄酮类、多糖类、皂苷类和挥发性成分等。其活性提取物具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗疲劳、镇痛等作用。文章从其生物学特性、有效化学成分、提取工艺、栽培技术、药理作用、毒理活性和产品开发现状等方面详细地综述了国内外对五加科植物刺三加的研究现状,为深入研究和开发利用刺三加提供科学依据。
Acanthopanan trifoliatus with high medicinal and edible values is a common Chinese herbal medicine in the China＇s central and south region. Its compositions mainly contain flavonoids, polysaccharides, saponins and volatile components, etc. The active extracts of Acanthopanan trifoliatus have antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-fatigue and analgesia effects, and so on. The passage detailed overview the research status of Chinese herb Acanthopanan trifoliatus based on biological characteristics, effective chemical composition, extraction process, cultivation technique, pharmacological action, toxicological activity and product development status, which provided the scientific basis for the further study, development and utilization of Acanthopanan trifoliatus.
