摘要
以安徽丫山细柱五加根皮、茎、叶、果实,5个居群的细柱五加以及红毛五加、刺五加的根皮为材料,采用ICP-AES测定样品中12种矿质元素含量,HPLC测定样品中紫丁香苷含量。结果表明3种五加根皮中矿质元素含量差异显著,紫丁香苷含量刺五加>细柱五加>红毛五加;细柱五加不同部位矿质元素加合量高低顺序为叶片>茎皮>根皮>果实,盱眙居群细柱五加根皮中紫丁香苷含量最高,不同部位分布特点为根皮>茎皮>叶片>果实。
The contents of twelve mineral elements in three plant species in Acanthopanax were determined by ICP-AES,and the syringin content was determined by HPLC.The results showed that there was significant difference in the mineral element content among three plant species.The total content of 12 mineral elements in the different parts of Acanthopanax gracilistylus had the following sequence: leaf>stem>root>fruit.The syringin content was different in different species,and there were great differences in ...
