摘要
慢性疼痛是疼痛的常见类型,也是临床上最为常见的疾病之一。随着现代医疗技术的飞速发展,人们对慢性疼痛的关注越来越高。中医对慢性疼痛病症的认识和治疗有着独特的优势,文章通过对疼痛及慢性疼痛的病、机、证、治进行探讨和总结,发现虽然中医对各种痛症的认识和辨治都已相当成熟,但慢性疼痛作为一个新提出的病种,无论是在理论指导还是临床实践,仍在一定程度上欠缺系统性。因此,探究慢性疼痛病症的共性病因病机、提出系统的辨证论治理论体系、总结和优化慢性疼痛病症的治疗手段对疼痛诊治具有很高的指导意义。通过参阅大量疼痛及慢性疼痛相关文献,总结了慢性疼痛的相关中医理论,提出辨证论治慢性疼痛过程中以六经辨证为经,八纲辨证为纬,气血津液辨证为补充的辨证思路,在药物治疗上可以采取经方为帅,验方时方为辅,结合辨证加减点睛进行治疗的综合思路,为今后对慢性疼痛的中医药研究提供可参考的依据。
Chronic pain is a common type of pain and it is one of the most common disease in clinic. With the rapid development of modern medical technology, people pay more and more attention to chronic pain. Traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） has a unique advantage of recognition and treatment about chronic pain. This article discussed and summarized disease, pathogenesis, syndrome and treatment of chronic pain. It was found that although TCM had been very mature in the understanding and treatment of chronic pain, chronic pain, as a newly proposed disease, was still lack of systematism to some extent, no matter in theory or clinical practice. Therefore, it is of great significance to explore the common etiology and pathogenesis of chronic pain, put forward the systematic theory of syndrome differentiation and treatment, and summarize and optimize the treatment of chronic pain disorders. Through a large number of related literature of pain and chronic pain, this paper summarized the related theory of TCM for chronic pain, and put forward the syndrome differentiation and treatment of chronic pain in the combination of six channels theory, eight principles, qi blood and fluids. The drug treatment can take classic prescription for commander, supplemented by experiential effective recipe, combined with the comprehensive treatment of syndrome differentiation and dotting ideas, so as to provide reference basis for the future research of TCM researcher for chronic pain.
